I enjoyed the podcast and interview story telling that tied in multiple point of views.

I was not very impressed with the book despite all of the hype it was receiving. I found the story predictable, one of the main characters too naive (who leaves a stranger alone in their house for at least an hour after viewing footage of them peering into your windows and digging through your recycling bin?) and the ending quite rushed.
