A very nice mystery that is perfect for reading on the beach or on a lazy afternoon. Meg Corey moves from Boston to western Massachusetts to live on a farm owned by her extended family for generations. Since the property has a 15 acre apple orchard, this series apparently is themed around the orchard. In this second in the series (and the first that I have read) a man is found dead in the spring house and Meg sets out to unravel the mystery of who he was and how he happened to die in her spring house in her apple orchard.
