I received a complimentary copy from Sourcebooks Casablanca & Netgalley for review.

With my meh view on Gone too Deep and the shocking reveal at the end of it, I wasn't looking for much in this one, although I needed to know the ending.
Let's just say, I truly enjoyed it.

Daisy is such an unusual character. She's extremely agoraphobic after a tragedy in her part. She's normal for all that. Chris has been her friend for 8 years. He's been training her in her home gym. After she sees something suspicious, in comes Lou and her whiteboard and all the couples of the previous books.the get together to workout and brainstorm about the arson and the headless dead guy.

It played out slowly. It's kind of freaky in a way to know who the killer is and see how he's managed to fool a whole community about his good character.
