holy shit this read was shocking. the writing was a little difficult to get into, especially because of the UK slang. but the twist was WILD, absolutely shocking. and dare I say I felt for Irina by the end? my feelings toward Irina ebbed and flowed, at times I hated her and at other times I just wanted to give her a hug. but I appreciated how dislikeable she was, not a woman designed for sympathy but for hatred. although perhaps I was sympathetic regardless? if you love unhinged women stories, this is 100% for you. I hadn't read one of those in a while and forgot how much I missed a wild story with a female protagonist.
