ive read very few books that include things that are similar to human trafficking since it’s so hard to read. but i wanted to read this since i like the author so much and i’m glad i did. this entire book is hard to read but not in a negative way. seeing Auset learn to trust, love, and enjoy nice things was a wonderful journey. i mean for fucks sake! we see her enjoy bread for the first time! and then everything that happens with the scorpions was done wonderfully. such a good reverse harem book. 10/10. and also i’m glad she got revenge. that epilogue is what pushed this to a 5 star
