I thought this would be a fun little Christmas thriller novella set in NYC. Umm…no mystery because you know what’s going on the entire time. Every character annoyed me and made poor, unrealistic choices. The children seemed way too advanced for their ages, and at times seemed more mature than their mother. For such a short novella I rolled my eyes way too many times. A plus was the setting, NYC at Christmas.
