SpoilerWe got a bit more action in this installment of Rain Wild Chronicles and they finally reached Kelsingra at the end! I lived for all the drama between characters. Alise finally gets together with Leftrin and finds out the real truth about Hest and Sedric. Thymara asserts her independence and demands that she doesn't have to choose any of the keeper boys. Greft and Jess both met a deserved end. My favorite character arc was Sedric. After hating him in the last book for lying to Alise and harvesting dragon parts, he became favorite when he stood up to Jess to protect Copper (the dragon he had previously injured), became Copper's keeper, told the truth to Alise, and began a very wholesome relationship with Carson. I'm excited to learn more about Kelsingra, dragons, and elderlings in the next book!
