Vampire Knight, Vol. 8 by Tomo Kimura, Matsuri Hino

This is such an interesting installment, and I can see why this drove so many people away from the series. For a dark & taboo romance reader, for me, its’ like, eh yep ok keep reading. For others, I can see why this turns them off. A lot is revealed in this one though. A lot of furthering connections. I’m so torn on which guy to prefer more because my heart still goes out to Zero for loving Yuki so much. But then there’s Kaname… My rating for this should be a 5, but it’s a 4 because I got so lost in that last chapter. I don’t know - maybe I was tired. Maybe all the characters that all look so similar are throwing me off. Lovely art, but little diversity between characters.
