The Naturals by Jennifer Lynn Barnes

3.0

I have mix feelings about this book. I liked it but I also feel like there's something missing from this story. The idea of the plot is fascinating and I thought it would be a great mystery story.

I was expecting I got to see how these incredible talented teenagers working together to solve a lot of cold cases and discovering serial killers that the FBI didn't manage to do all those years ago. But, instead their talent only really used near the ending of the story.

The ending was not that bad because I didn't really expect it to be her in the end. Although, a bit annoyed
Spoilerthat the real killer was still out there and they were like back to square one because the leads and hints only lead to the false killer.

To be honest, I like reading this one because the idea of these "natural" teenagers with ability that can help solve murders is interesting for me.
I will continue reading this series and see how it goes. According to some of the reviews, the story got better as the series progressed.
