I Think I Might Be Autistic: A Guide to Autism Spectrum Disorder Diagnosis and Self-Discovery for Adults by Cynthia Kim

5.0

Eye-opening

The more I learn about the "symptoms" of adult autism, the more I realize how closely they align with my personality and expressed behaviors. This book can serve as a kicking-off point for people who have troubles in social situations, with understanding nonverbal cues, and deciding why you "mask" in large groups. There's absolutely nothing wrong with us. We're just different. And that's okay.
