Caught Up in the Touch by Laura Trentham

3.0

i liked it well enough. the hero and heroine were both likeable people, and it is a
hea
.

however, i felt like there was too much going on and not enough said about all the details. there's very limited material on logan's restaurant (considering the fact that cooking was a major way he turned his life around) or the football team (considering how devastated he supposedly was after he got suspended). and what ever happened to hunter/his brother? they seemed to get sort of forgotten at the end, though perhaps trentham will resolve their issues in another novel. while the lack of these details don't directly hurt the main storyline, the world and the characters aren't as rich as they could be.

the end just felt like it got wrapped up too quickly. they fell apart and got back together faster than i could really process it, and the reunion weirdly felt more like "YAY WE HAVE DADDY ISSUES" more than "i love you."
