Platonic: How the Science of Attachment Can Help You Make and Keep Friends by Marisa G. Franco

informative slow-paced

3.5

It's overall a good read. It started with some really interesting facts and studies, essentially around the fact that it's easier to be a good friend when we're feeling good in our own skin. The importance of intentional actions versus reactions. I was disappointed though in the Authenticity chapter, there's quite a bit explaining multi cultural friendships can't be as deep or safe as friendships within the same community.
