I really liked this enemies-to-lovers, forced proximity, there was only one bed romance. It felt like the epitome of the genre, and I liked that the banter continued the whole way through the book.
The whole subplot with Dane and Ami was a nice background story that obviously affected Olive and Ethan, but it felt a bit overblown in the narrative. It makes no sense that Dane would wait until after the wedding to hit on Olive, especially one she was dating Ethan. Why not earlier in the relationship? It just seemed weird and unnecessary. There were other, better ways to get Olive to decide to share his cheating ways with Ami.
I also don't understand why Olive's boss fired her, but also why she told him the pre-Maui version; why not say that he's her boyfriend?
Overall, very fun with a tiny bit of steam and flirty banter. I love that they don't magically lose their differences and opinions; they deal with their differences and hold their ground.
