I enjoyed this book but I didn't love it. I appreciated how raw Mason was in the retelling of her experiences of new motherhood but at times it did feel like she was wound a bit tight and was harder to relate to.
The parts around finding your tribe and having to return back to work were vulnerable which I valued. Mason also has a smart sense of humour (most of the time) which is fun.
