I do not read fantasy because I often find it confusing but I really enjoyed this book. I found it easy to comprehend the mythical elements and the characters were all enjoyable. I appreciated how the author did not play into a love triangle. I did not appreciate the lack of communication or the cliff hanger at the end of the book but I am excited for the next book when it comes out.
