Did not finish book. Stopped at 71%.
This was my first Dean Koontz novel and it came so highly recommended.
I did NOT like this at all.
This book takes the cake for the most overly descriptive, over written book I have ever read.
There is a scene in which our heroine is trying to free herself from being chained to a table and it goes on for 50 pages.
I started skimming to get to the main storyline. To top things off we learn nothing about the killer! Even when you find out who he is at the very end it just leaves more questions than answers.
Hard Pass.
