Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit by Jeanette Winterson

3.0

This book has an intriguing storyline about a girl coming of age and discovering her sexuality in an environment where she's being punished for who she is and loves. But reading the story it felt like patchwork. Parts of the story stitched to myths and some other parts of the story. Some pieces were beautiful, others engaging but also a lot of times I got lost.
