The Malleus Maleficarum by Heinrich Kramer, Montague Summers
1.0
Do not expect to sit down and read this book in one go. It can be a bit tedious at times.
Also, this may validate the hypothesis that the witch trials were fueled by wide-spread ergot poisoning. I don't know how many times I asked myself, "WTF were these guys on?"
Makes me glad that I live in a country that supports women's rights, as well as separates church and state. This is an example of what happens when you let religious superstitions rule.
