This book read like an episode of Rebels, and I loved it. At first I thought the Vidian was too much like Thrawn, but then I realized he was just insane. My only complaint about this book: WHERE WAS CHOPPER??

Also I would like this to be the first of a trilogy of books that continue to develop Hera and Kanan’s love story and show how they meet Sabine and Zeb.

Also, two thoughts completely unrelated to the story, but in my head:
1. Sloane is Carol Freeman from Star Trek: Lower Decks
2. Skelly is Elfo from Disenchantment
