Finally!!

It's taken forever to finish this book and this series, but it was so worth it. This was a great finale, keeping you in attention until the very end.

I've loved to read the character of Francis Urquhart, maybe especially because he's morally grey at best and it's a little refreshing to sometimes read a character that isn't good. The plot was intriguing and there are so many satisfying, clever, albeit evil, moments spread throughout. I haven't watched either TV adaption, but I might spend some time to watch the original British adaption if I can find it.

If you like political drama, I highly recommend this series. For the record, my favourite instalment was the first, this final book ranks at two, and the second instalment last.
