Heavy by Cate C. Wells
5.0
FABULOUS!!! This book was more then I was expecting. I loved watching the love between Heavy and Dina unfold. It was not typical but it was theirs. I feel like this book could have started off with ...... "what do you get when two geniuses collide?"
Dina held the missing pieces to a very old mystery that Heavy, his sister and all the brothers have been trying to put the puzzle pieces together for years. All she wants in return is help covering up a crime. People often short change Dina because she doesn't think the way most people do, but Heavy figured it out pretty quickly. This giant of a man was intrigued by her mind and baffled by his desire for a little pixie.
I loved watching this story unfold. I loved the detail with the scents and stimuli that played a role within these pages. I loved seeing Dina match wits with Heavy. I loved little glimpses of the other guys and their old ladies. I loved seeing justice served. I even loved giving up most of my hate for Harper.
Bravo! I highly recommend this book and this series. I do strongly suggest you read these books in order or the underlying plot, world building and mystery will be completely lost for you.
