No one cares about the Florence parts of the story anymore...
Seriously, obviously this is a classic. I read a really great translation from the Gutenberg Project that kept the original rhyme scheme of the poem, and I think it really added to the experience.
What is there to say that hasn't already been taught in a thousand college lectures.
