This book was very easy to read and I was engaged with the story every step of the way. Yes Karl, the main character, is kind of an idiot and lets himself get taken advantage of too much but from my understanding that's just how Kafka writes; so be it. Only taking one star off because it was a little too silly for me at times and the books isn't even finished?? At least the ending was conclusive I suppose.
