I had such a good time with this audiobook. Gary Furlong is the most talented narrator I have ever heard and everything he does is a masterpiece. Hearing him speak in whichever accent he's doing at the time versus his regular voice really feels like 2 separate narrators and is the perfect contrast so you can always follow who is talking. He switches seemlessly between Scottish andAmerican accents, speaking in French, and speaking in Spanish, as well as putting on women's voices.

I don't usually like second chance romances because I find that whatever made them break up is usually something that I find unforgivable or something that is smoothed over too far easily from my liking so the second chance part NEVER Feels satisfying or deserved. But this is one of those cases where the second chance romance was handled perfectly and I was in on it from the moment the mcs met again. This one hinges on them having been to young to handle the nuances of their previous relationships and I find that incredibly compelling and understandable.

Carter and Auden are such a sweet and interesting couple. Auden is all about stability and heart while Carter is about growth and reaching for your dreams. I truly believe they are in love and will spend the rest of their lives together.
