this book took a while to pull me in, I found the beginning quite slow and a bit confusing. By the last quarter, I couldn’t put it down. Even when it was slow, it was beautifully written. I learned so much about Tibet, Tibetans in exile, Tibetan Buddhism. A great read.
Graphic: Abandonment
Moderate: Sexual content, Suicide, Violence, and War
