This was so whimsical! All vibes, no plot really, but I can't complain when the vibes were immaculate.
It's definitely a cosy fantasy/comfort read, with the same vibes as Before The Coffee Gets Cold and Days at the Morisaki Bookshop.
I enjoyed the collection of stories at the Department Store and the host of background characters. I wish it had been a little longer and I wish there was more information on the other things that are briefly described around the area, but then again, that would defeat the point of the book.
