Stories. Stories have a hero (PS, it's not you. It's your customer) who have a problem with an enemy (ugly clothes, a dirty room, boredom), who meets a guide (**YOU**) that guides them towards success and away from failure.

I am not buying your nailclippers or your life insurance, don't be so crass, I want your vision, I want your energy, I need your message, I crave your story.

Stop being so selfish, don't give me the plain old facts, sell me an experience!
