Despite this trope not being a fave of mine I thoroughly enjoyed this book! It was so heartwarming, tender and soft but also so achingly raw and real. Winters character development was amazing and she’s honestly become the best female lead Elsie Silver has written. This book kind of gave me Nesta vibes but imagine ACOSF was a contemporary romance if that makes sense😂 Truly such a good book, don’t be deterred by the baby trope because it honestly adds to the plot so well! Also Theo’s reassurance and quiet determination was everything. Loved loved Reckless and it truly lived up to Heartless which was my fave of the series so far!!
