5 stars. It’s been a long time since I’ve even thought about giving a book 5 stars but here we are.
This book has been on my tbr for years now, and I’ve just never gotten around to reading it. But I don’t regret it. I think I read books at the time I do for a reason, and I feel if I read this book when I was younger I wouldn’t have been able to grasp the emotional capability this book includes. This books was about love, drugs, relationships, and how someone can love and love so much. About how love shouldn’t be war but peace. About how not everything you do needs to have a purpose or matter. About how relationships are hard but if you feel passionate about it don’t lose them. About knowing when to let go. Daisy Jones & The Six was a complicated and complex book about how not everything is black and white, but different shades of gray. I truly loved this book, it brought me to tears, to laugh, to gasp, to anger, and to unexplainable joy. Ultimately this book was amazing and I truly, truly loved this book.
