Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov

dark medium-paced

4.0

obviously this book is a work of art. Nabokov's obsession with word play was so visible from the beginning of the book until the end, is actually comparable to Humbert's obsession with Dolores.

I like how Nabokov pushed the boundaries of literature of what it can offer to its readers. however, as much as i love how well-written this book was, i don't feel like recommending this to anyone, solely because of its theme: pedophilia!!
