The Barman and the SEAL by RJ Scott

4.0

Avery owns Alibi the local bar in Ellery. We have seen him in many of the books. But, now we get his story. He owns the bar and is a good listener, but he never talks about himself. He had a difficult past when he came out as gay. He meets Travis Baranski who is the first person to come to the Vet Center that Daniel opened. Avery and Travis connect. Travis has a great deal of healing to do and Avery is very patient. This is a lovely story that reflects the effects war has on our soldiers and how hard it is for them to come back to their lives. The story of Mikey's assault is continuing and the case has not been solved. It was also good to catch up with the men of Ellery Mountain.
