The Savage Earth by P.T. Hylton, Jonathan Benecke

3.5

This was entertaining and kept me interested through the entire story. I was looking for a lengthy audiobook to listen to when doing housework and this for the bill. In a dystopian world, 100 years after vampires took over earth (and we're talking the creepy, underworld, demon-esque feral vampires, not Edward from Twilight, okay?), the last of humanity lives on a ship that circles earth, always staying in the sun. Our main character is a member of the Ground Mission Control team, who goes to earth for supplies. The story follows her through the policitcal upheaval of their city which involves a resettlement plan to resettle on earths surface. Big yikes. Ill likely keep up with the series!
