Did not finish book. Stopped at 10%.

I like the idea, but it’s just not executed well. Most of the writing is the authors patting themselves on the back for content that they think is funny. They tried so hard to make it the opposite of lord of the rings that it isn’t even funny. You can also tell it’s written by men, so I was immediately turned off from the second page by their description of a busty, desperate elf.
