Did not finish book. Stopped at 12%.

It was just... Honestly, the love interest was creepy. And I knew the author would "Redeem" him and I just really didn't want to read that happen. He's so insistent and pushy and stalkery and it made me super uncomfortable. The MCs boyfriend is a jerk, but it seemed like there was maybe something going on the reader doesn't know about so

I thought maybe he was being his second "girlfriend's" beard or something, or I don't know, anything to explain why it looks like he's cheating on MC while still caring about her so much, and he was just so much less creepy than the love interest that I found myself rooting for him which was really weird because he was literally cheating on her!

But at least he seemed less toxic than the actual love interest. 

I dunno, it's really weird to have the official love interest make me so uncomfortable that I prefer the jerky option? Anywho, it made me so uncomfortable that I just had to dnf. Apparently the love interest gets less stalkery but I honestly didn't wanna sit around and wait for that to happen.
