I haven’t read any of Colleen Hoover books before, but I knew most of them were romance books. So that was exactly what I was expecting. Until she pulled out the Thriller card. I can not put into words how I felt while reading this book. Heart rate was nowhere near normal. Her writing is brilliant and thought through.
This book will stay on my mind for a extremely long time and I will definitely have to think about it.
Why minus .25 stars you might ask? It’s just the open ending with a question is not my favorite. Sure, it’s a clear authors choice, but do I like it?

I honestly was convinced Verity was a manipulative piece of person, but when the unforseeable, unexpected and unthinkable plot-twist found it’s way into the book, I was shook. In utter and complete shock. Now I don’t know what to believe.This book will stay on my mind for a extremely long time and I will definitely have to think about it.
