If you read a lot of thrillers you'll be able to figure out the twist fairly early on. It does drag on in some parts and I think that it could have been maybe 3/4s of the length; there is a lot of description that I didn't feel was necessary. None of the characters are really that likeable, and by the end I was glad to be done with them. Despite those things, it was still a fun read. The writing was decent and there were a lot of red herrings.
