The Vagina Bible: The Vulva and the Vagina: Separating the Myth from the Medicine by Jen Gunter

4.0

The author is very knowledgeable, and sticks to the science about everything relating to the vagina, vulva, and surrounding anatomy. She addresses lots of myths, and old wives tales which is super interesting and helpful to vagina owners. She is very inclusive in her language, and addresses concerns and/or differences in trans men or non-binary vagina owners and their vaginal health. (For example: she addresses symptoms of taking testosterone and fixes for negative side-effects)

Love how the authors empowers vagina owners and arms them with correct information. That being said, it is a long and pretty dry read. I feel like anyone that gets to the end of this book should receive an honorary doctorate. The chapter summarizes were very helpful, as this book almost reads like a textbook. I want her has my doctor!!
