House of Leights by Jaymin Eve

This book had the same problem as the one before.
Firstly, let’s start with the good stuff. I am still in love with the story and Overworld and its sections. Actually, the House of Leights was the one I was most curious about due to their nature/Galinta connection. I loved the way the author explored that world and the fact that it was so different from others.
However(!!), the whole “love at first sight”, “this is fate” thing just made me roll my eyes a couple of times. Multiple times, Maya goes on and on how she barely knows him or spent time with him but nonetheless she bounds to him... girl!
In the final chapters, we got to know Xander a bit more and I can’t wait for the big finale of this series.
