I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. The "solution" to the book's crime is elegant and complex enough to be enjoyable when revealed, while not so convoluted that it's frustrating like some other Japanese mystery novels (looking at you, Murder in the Crooked House). There is a good balance of character emotions and working towards the mystery's solution, so the book doesn't end up feeling too melodramatic either. Awesome read, would recommend!
