Infinity Son by Adam Silvera

4.0

I have seen quite a few negative ratings of this book but, personally, I loved it.

The characters really carried this book and they were all wonderful. Each one had their own flaws and strengths, even the side characters.

The plot itself, although it felt lacking in places, all came together in the end, like a brilliant and incredibly sad jigsaw. This book definitely took a while to get going but, once it did, it was amazing, with surprises seemingly every page.

The world itself is possibly one of the best modern fantasy worlds that I've read, with yet another new take on what it means to be hero. The magic system and fantasy universe was unique but easy to understand.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend it.
