Existential and hopeful without being preachy, realistic and complex without being utterly depressing - this book was a great read and incredibly easy to get through. Gilda is a great character and so well written. A bit “unlikeable” at least in the traditional sense, but still very sincere. 

I definitely see the comparison to Fleabag and think that anyone who enjoys that show would like this book.
