This book drew me in from the beginning. I wanted to know what happened to Ellie and all the other mysteries that revealed themselves throughout the book. It would have gotten a higher rating but the ending felt a little rushed and a little unbelievable. The police sergeant covering up a murder and potentially the kidnappings, Chelsey's sister being alive and one of the ones keeping the girls, and Chelsey's husband just fully accepting the situation. I felt like the husband was glazed over too much where I wanted to understand him like the others but we never got that information, almost like the author wanted us to think the husband was the one taking the girls.
Moderate: Rape, Kidnapping, and Murder
