Earlier this year I wrote a review for another of Remender's comics (I believe it was either Black Science or Low) and I feel like I could almost use that review for this one as well. While all of his stories are so completely different that it would almost seem like they were written by different authors, the formula remains the same over all of the series. I feel like I was better able to enjoy this ending for one simple reason- I had read the previous volumes more recently.

With that being said the artwork was once again top notch and consistent with previous volumes. The characters were likable for the most part, and the story was engaging if not a little predictable at times- Oh no, the manipulative character does manipulative things! I will say that of all the books that I've read by Rick Remender this story is the one I will most likely find my way back to down the road.
