Snowflakes Over the Starfish Café by Jessica Redland

Did not finish book.
dnf at 118 pages. so fucking boring, i don’t care about the 20 years of past bonfire nights why the hell were the 400 flashbacks necessary? they weren’t. i had a feeling this book was already going to be predictable “two people who have broken pasts, they think they can fix each other” blaaah blaaah blah. i hate the fixing each other trope, it can feed into toxicity i just ew. i also just hate predicable romance novels so i didn’t have high hopes for this book at all. too many time jumps, too many characters. the pacing of this book is awful too this book is 352 pages and it easily could’ve been half that LMAOOOO they unnecessary detail about their lives were like i said… unnecessary & added nothing to the plot at ALL. the dog, mr pickles carried. (sorry kizmew..)
