I enjoyed the mystery part of the plot, though at the same time I found some of the detail’s off putting such as sexual scenes description (just not my thing in a mystery / fantasy book). However the overall plot and story is quite interesting and I will be continuing the series.
Loved the music references throughout the book even though I don’t know that much specifically about jazz, that was truly fun and enlightening 🎶 You can make a whole playlist out of the chapters names and read the book while listening to it :)
