Did not finish book. Stopped at 37%.

I think this a cute YA book. It’s a fluffy romance that has a star crossed lovers structure. The dual POV seemed flat, and I just couldn’t quite get into the story. I would still recommend this to my students who love romances. I also loved the connection with family, food, and identity.
