In Sunrise by the Sea, Jenny Colgan beautifully addresses serious issues such as grief, depression, and anxiety while still producing a book with a light tone. In this installment of the Little Beach Street Bakery series, Marisa lands on Mount Polbearne broken and weary. Slowly, though, she begins to embrace life again with the help of the community.
