Well-Read Black Girl: Finding Our Stories, Discovering Ourselves by Glory Edim

5.0

I thoroughly enjoyed all of the stories from black women writers about the first time they found themselves in literature. My favorite thing about this book was the recommendations of boons to read from all different genres. I especially love the "Books for a Black Girl's Soul" essay by Kaitlyn Greenidge. Now I'm off to make a new TBR for next year!
