I won this book for free through Goodreads First Reads, and it is absolutely incredible. Sit With Less Pain: Gentle Yoga for Meditators and Everyone Else is perfectly precise; it fully explains how to perform each pose, but it does not suffer from an overabundance of words. I felt so awesome after doing some of these exercises! The first portion of the book divides the chapters based on which location of the body is benefited from the poses, such as upper body, hips, legs, etc. The second portion of the book organizes the poses based on the best sequence to follow for that which ails you. There is even an energizing sequence and a relaxing sequence, both which are magically effective. Although the illustrations weren't the best, this is the most well-organized yoga book I have ever read.
