Wild Cat by Christine Feehan

I'm a Christine Feehan fan - I enjoyed her Dark and her Ghostwalker series - but this series, yes I know I'm on book 7, but at first this series I devoured, but I have no desire to go back and re-read like I do with her ghostwalkers. These books are a little unsettling for me, for a reason I can't quite put my finger on.
